Our Roots.....
The Harrison family have been growing potatoes in Norfolk since 1963, based out of the home farm on the North Norfolk Coast, Hall Farm, Trimingham.

Growing high quality potatoes has been a passion for the family over four generations and continues to remain a cornerstone to the business. Potatoes were first grown at Hall Farm by Edward Harrison back in 1963 who raised his three children on the farm. For the last 30 years the farm has been managed by Edwards two sons, Chris and James , who have established themselves as producers some of the finest potatoes Norfolk has to offer.
In 2021, Chris' youngest son, Tom, retuned to the family farm to help with the potato operation after spending three years growing potatoes in New Zealand. Since then the family's potato roots have deepened, with their operations extending from the light, free-draining soils of North Norfolk to the fertile, silty soils of East Norfolk, renowned for their organic richness, ideal for growing premium potatoes.
Deepening our Roots......
While we have been growing potatoes for over 60 years, most of our nutritious Norfolk potatoes have been enjoyed across the country through the processors we continue to work with. However, as a family that cherishes personal connections and celebrates the exceptional produce Norfolk farming has to offer, we felt it was the perfect time to supply some of our sustainably produced spuds directly to the people who prepare and enjoy them. And with that, Norfolk Roots Potatoes was born.

We take pride in ensuring that every spud we deliver is freshly grown, bagged, and delivered by us. We only ever deliver potatoes that we’ve grown ourselves, giving us complete control over the sustainability, quality, and traceability of everything we supply. If you'd like to see our potatoes growing in the field, we’d be more than happy to show you first-hand!

We are currently focused on supplying top-quality Norfolk potatoes in 25kg bags to restaurants, hospitality businesses, chip shops, and consumers within NR postcodes. Although we have plans to expand our product range and reach, we remain committed to staying true to our Norfolk roots.
